Do you deliver?  Yes! Delivery and Pickup services  are based on the size of your order and mileage.  Our delivery and pickup window is 4 hours.  We will verify pickup and delivery details one week prior to your event. Please contact us to request a quote.

How far do you deliver? Typically we serve northeast Ohio and counties surrounding Medina. Further distances are welcome with additional fees.

I have a quote, what is next?   Congratulations! The rest is easy!  Your quote will be good for two weeks after the signed date.   Once you have selected your items and signed a contract, a 50% non-refundable deposit will hold your items and date.  A quote alone does not guarantee your items or date until a contract is signed and deposit is paid. The balance will be due 14 days prior to the scheduled reserved date and is non-refundable.

How long is the rental period?  Our rental period is for 24 hrs. If you need more time please contact us in writing to obtain a written approval for terms outside of our original contract.

How do I care for rental items?  Our china can never be heated or placed in the dishwasher. Please gently wipe off any food particles with the  silicone spatula that we provide and repack in original containers. Gold plated flatware should be rinsed in water to remove food particles and repacked in original containers.

What happens if something breaks or gets lost?  If an item is broken, damaged or lost a replacement charge of five times the rental cost will be applied.

Do you require a minimum amount for rentals?  No.
